Return Policy
If an item is defective upon arrival, the customer has 3 days to notify customer service. ThrillBuys.com will send replacement parts as soon as possible at our cost. If entire unit is damaged, customer must call or e-mail info@Thrillbuys.com immediately.
Exchange Policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the exchange. For customer protection, it is recommended to insure the shipment, in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. It is also recommended to use a shipping company that can provide a proof of delivery of some form.
Warranty
ThrillBuys.com warrants that all products are free from manufacture defects, and agrees to repair or replace any part of a product that proves to be defective by any reason of improper workmanship or materials, without charge of any kind to the customer.

In no event will ThrillBuys.com be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising from purchase, use or inability to use of the product.
